What sets Clarity apart

Counselling That Considers the Whole Picture

Emotional well-being does not exist separately from the rest of life. Stress, mood and trauma can affect sleep, concentration, relationships, routines and work. Likewise, injury, pain, health changes and difficulties at work can have a significant emotional impact.

My combined background in counselling and occupational therapy brings an understanding of how emotional well-being, physical health, thinking, everyday function and work can affect one another.

My approach is warm, practical and collaborative. Counselling provides space to talk about what you are experiencing while also developing strategies and working toward goals that are meaningful to you.

ICBC Counselling

Counselling After a Motor Vehicle Accident

A crash can affect more than your body. You may experience anxiety, low mood, trauma responses, persistent pain, difficulty sleeping or concentrating, or uncertainty about returning to work and everyday routines.

Counselling can help you understand what you are experiencing and develop practical ways of moving forward — rebuilding confidence, managing demands that feel overwhelming, and preparing emotionally for what comes next.

ICBC direct billing is available for eligible clients.

Up to 12 sessions are pre-approved within the first 12 weeks after your crash — no doctor referral needed. We bill ICBC directly, so there's no upfront payment or reimbursement to manage.
